Mary Porter Kerns is a writer, amateur naturalist, gardener, artist, weaver and a voice for the flowers. Her upcoming book, The Flowers Are Speaking, is an intimate journey into the entwined evolution of flowers and human beings—that weaves together science, history, and earth-based mysticism to offer a radical vision of how we can best reconnect with the ancient guidance of the earth.. In fall of 2022 she self-published the first edition of her oracle cards, also called The Flowers Are Speaking, that sold out in three months.
Her highly acclaimed Guidance from the Flowers workshops have expanded their scope into five-session long workshops where the participants are empowered to connect with the flowers through their own senses and intuition.Her heart’s desire is to continue to experience the wild aliveness and deep sentience of the flowers, share them with others, and teach them to make their own connections.
