Nadia Ghouas grew up in a small suburb in Norway, called Kolbotn. Her father is from Algeria (I don’t speak French or Arabic) and her mother is from Norway, Lillehammer.
She has 3 kids, they are her everything. She loves being outdoors and in nature, it is so healing.
In 2008 Nadia experienced a total burnout (her battery was totally empty) and that experience was the start on her journey to more authenticity .
Nadia is a trained CTI Coach, Shadow Coach and Facilitator, Mindfulness Instructor, Reiki, and Theta Healer®. Nlp practitioner.
Nadia has been working as a leader, Coach, and healer for the last 13 years. Nadia says she is an introvert and an empath.
