SPIRIT SESSIONS AVOTL Kathy Moffatt Guided by Horses S7 E4
Kathy practices Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning Horses are spiritual and sentient beings and experts at sensing and reflecting peoples energy and emotions. Emotions are energy and we often bury them in our bodies. This creates energetic and even physical blocks. Horses guide people through these blocks to release and rejuvenate. This leads people to their authentic selves by opening up their body and ultimately their soul.
For the past 25 years Kathy has had horses on her farm. They were and still are passion and recreation but also her go to for healing. There is something about being in their presence that is calming and all knowing. She also sensed spirit all around them. The sensing of spirit around her horses opened her up to sensing spirit around her. After going through some significant trauma, Kathy needed healing. She also knew in her heart there was a reason for the trauma. The universe kept dropping crumbs and she followed. This lead to a program watching equine assisted therapy in action and she knew in her soul, this was her purpose. The fact that a friend noticed her aura was glowing green was another sign. She was meant to be a healer.She embarked on a 6-month journey in an equine experiential learning program that not only worked with the horses’ energy and reflections but also utilized shamanic practices to get in touch with power places, horse and human ancestors.
In her practice she calls upon her horse partners and all her spirit guides to help her clients discover their authentic selves.
