Ghostly Figure appears at shepton mallet prison

This was caught at shepton mallet prison it seems to appear from no where and walk off a very small figure looks a wierd shape and makes the most horrendous screech This happened when I attended a random event and never met this events team. The gentlemen who was one of the team leaders of the events team was taking part in a seance and I was observing and noticed the energy changed as you hear me say its the calm before the storm the gentlemen drops to the ground and the figure appears.
